Formation des femmes transformatrices de soja en fromage de TAMAROU

Elles transforment le soja avec passion, mais souvent au prix de leur santé et dans des conditions difficiles. Le 2 octobre 2025, l’ONG GREDD a décidé d’agir en rassemblant les femmes transformatrices de soja de TAMAROU pour une session de renforcement de capacités.

Trois modules pratiques ont été développés :
🔥 Les risques et conséquences liés a l’utilisation des foyers traditionnels,
🌍 L’hygiène et l’accès au marché des femmes transformatrices de soja en fromage,
💰 La gestion financière et organisationnelle des groupement des transformatrices.

Grâce à cette formation, ces femmes repartent non seulement avec des connaissances pour protéger leur santé et préserver l’environnement, mais aussi avec des outils pour améliorer la qualité de leurs productions et élargir leurs opportunités de vente.

These women transform soybeans with passion, but often at the cost of their health and in challenging conditions.
On October 2, 2025, GREDD-ONG took action by bringing together women soybean processors from TAMAROU for a capacity-building workshop.

Three practical modules were developed:
🔥 The risks and consequences of using traditional stoves,
🌍 Hygiene and market access for women soybean cheese processors,
💰 Financial and organizational management of women’s cooperatives.

Thanks to this training, the women gained not only valuable knowledge to protect their health and safeguard the environment, but also practical tools to improve the quality of their products and expand their market opportunities.
Another step toward their empowerment and a more sustainable future 💪🌱.
