Renforcement des capacités des femmes transformatrice du soja de N’dali centre

Investir dans la formation des femmes, c’est investir dans un avenir plus sain et plus durable.
C’est dans cet esprit que, le 01 OCTOBRE 2025, l’ONG GREDD a réuni les femmes transformatrices de soja de N’dali centre pour une séance de renforcement de capacités.

Trois modules ont été développés :
1️⃣ Les risques et conséquences liés à l’utilisation des foyers traditionnels,
2️⃣ L’hygiène et l’accès au marché des femmes transformatrices de soja en fromage,
3️⃣ La gestion financière et organisationnelle des groupements des transformatrices.

Cet atelier a permis aux participantes de mieux comprendre les dangers sanitaires et environnementaux, mais aussi d’acquérir de bonnes pratiques pour améliorer l’hygiène de production, optimiser la gestion de leurs revenus et développer de nouvelles opportunités de marché.

Investing in women’s training means investing in a healthier and more sustainable future.
With this vision, on October 1, 2025, GREDD NGO gathered the women soy processors of N’Dali Centre for a capacity-building workshop.

Three key modules were delivered:
1️⃣ The risks and consequences of using traditional stoves,
2️⃣ Hygiene and market access for women processing soy into cheese,
3️⃣ Financial and organizational management of women’s groups.

This workshop enabled participants to better understand health and environmental risks while gaining practical knowledge to improve production hygiene, strengthen income management, and explore new market opportunities.
