Séance de Formation des femmes transformatrices de soja de BOKO dans le cadre du projet PAFAS

Dans le but d’œuvrer pour un essor du secteur agroalimentaire en particulier la transformation du soja, une séance de formation a été effectué le 24 Septembre 2025 à l’endroit des femmes transformatrices de soja de BOKO. Au cours de cette séance de formation, l’équipe de l’ONG GREDD a développé trois Modules essentiels :
Module1️⃣: Les risques et conséquences liés à l’utilisation des foyers traditionnels ;
Module2️⃣: L’hygiène et l’accès au marché des transformatrices de soja en fromage ;
Module 3️⃣: La gestion financière et organisationnelle des groupements des transformatrices.

A la fin de la formation, les femmes ont compris les dangers auxquels elles sont exposées et les impacts environnementaux.

Elles savent également les mésures hygeniques à respecter lors de la transformation, les stratégies à développer pour accroitre leur marché d’écoulement, leur revenu et la gestion financière (tenu de compte) et organisationnelle.

🌱 Training session for women soybean processors in BOKO as part of the hashtag#PAFAS project

With the aim of promoting the development of the agri-food sector, particularly soybean processing, a training session was held on September 24, 2025, for women soybean processors in BOKO. During this training session, the GREDD NGO team developed three essential modules:

Module 1️⃣: The risks and consequences of using traditional stoves;

Module 2️⃣: Hygiene and market access for soybean processors who make cheese;

Module 3️⃣: Financial and organizational management of women processors’ groups.

At the end of the training, the women understood the dangers they are exposed to and the environmental impacts.

They also know the hygiene measures to be observed during processing, the strategies to be developed to increase their market outlets, their income, and financial (accounting) and organizational management.
